Cleveland, Tennessee – It is imperative for players to find opportunities to train and get better in the off-season. Finding weekends where players can travel and get out of their comfort zone can pay dividends in the future. The last weekend in February gave middle school players a chance to compete and gain valuable exposure before the travel basketball season kicks off in March. Here is at the players from Team 11.

Players from Team 11 got a great chance to be seen and evaluated.

Mason Rothwell

Braxton Carruthers

Isaac Butcher

Mason Rothwell played comfortably on his home court. He is a lanky forward with good athleticism for his age. His fluidity and IQ allowed him to score several buckets. Class of 2022 point guard Braxton Carruthers of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, impressed those in attendance at the camp. His maturity and IQ allowed him to make plays against players who were not only bigger than him, but also his elder. He shot the ball well and scored the ball off the move too. Class of 2022 guard Isaac Butcher of Sparta, Tennessee, made his presence known by hitting open jumpers. He also showed some game off the dribble as he hit a couple of floaters off the move.

Kaleb Bunton

Jordan Dewalt

Davis White

Class of 2021 wing Kaleb Bunton of Charleston, Tennessee, showed some good offensive skills and athletic ability. His lanky frame and ability to run the floor made him very hard to contain in transition. Class of 2021 guard Jordan Dewalt is a quick slasher with a very good first step. The left hander showed very good elevation in the mid-range to hit jumpers. Class of 2022 point guard Davis White of Brentwood, Tennessee, is going to be a solid ball player in the near future. He is a good ball handler and can attack the defense in straight lines. As he gets older and matures physically his game will grow in leaps and bounds.

Triston Conger

Mason Herbert

Jack Eldridge

One of the most coachable kids in the building at that camp was Triston Conger of Spring Hill, Tennessee. He was willing to learn from the jump. His size and quick hands on defense allowed him to make an impact during game play. Class of 2021 wing Mason Herbert of Dickson, Tennessee, is a very good hustle player. He has great size for the position and is always willing to give extra effort to help his team win. Class of 2021 guard Jack Eldridge of Crossville, Tennessee, was terrific during the camp. His ability to score off of drives and quick pull-ups was hard for defenses to contain.
