This was one of the more effective block out drills we used during our team practices. This put an emphasis on making contact and communicating.

Rules:
1. Players rotate from position to position when instructed to do so.
2. Defense gets one point for a rebound and the offense gets 2
3. Offense can score for a bonus point
4. Each team gets an equal amount of opportunities on each side of the ball – keep score.
