I had a chance to sit in on a practice early this season at Clemson. Coach Audra Smith is in the midst of a rebuilding project at the ACC school. Her and her staff have made drastic improvements to the roster even after one season. On this day her staff was busy coaching the team up and figuring out which players would be ready to contribute on opening night. Here is a drill they ran that should provide coaches ideas on how to improve skill and build toughness.
