Finding easy ways to get your players who may have a mismatch is critical for all coaches. It is not enough just to throw them the ball on the wing and tell them to “go to work.” Good defenses will load the helpside and make it difficult for even your best players to score. Finding diversionary actions to isolate your best player is key. I drew this up in a timeout for our 4 player who had a slower defender on him a few years ago.
