Staten proved to be one of the better ball handlers in the building at the camp last weekend. His quick hands and ability to change directions are important qualities that make him a difference maker on the court. His willingness to work hard was evident by the fact that he was always first in line and led others through drills. Getting his jumper to be a bit more consistent will be important for him to transition to the next level. Staten has schools looking at him closely as he has taken visits to Liberty and Campbell in the last two weeks and has a visit planned to Radford soon.
