Listed at 6-6 and with the tools to play the wing, he showed on his home court at the Nike Extravaganza that he is a player that makes plays. Pflueger could be defined as a specialist, because of his consistent dead eye stroke from behind the arc. In fact, while playing opposite of Stanley Johnson in the Mater Dei backcourt he found plenty of space to launch daggers from beyond the arc. However, do not sleep on this guard’s ability to finish around the rim either. He has surprising lift in his legs and enough athleticism to check shooting guards on the defensive end. When you combine these skills with his already mature approach to the game, one could project Pflueger will flourish as a college player within the right system.
